Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Tripzen beta program.
1. Service Description & Beta Program
Tripzen is a workflow and itinerary builder tool developed by Voyagr Technologies Pvt Ltd. The platform is currently in a beta phase and is made available to selected founding travel advisors free of charge for testing and feedback purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to travel planning and advisor workflows. You are prohibited from uploading malicious code, scraping data, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, or using the service to store or transmit any defamatory or copyright-infringing content.
3. Intellectual Property
Voyagr Technologies Pvt Ltd retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Tripzen platform, including code, design, logos, and features. Any feedback, ideas, or feature requests you provide during the beta phase may be incorporated into the software without any obligation of compensation to you.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the beta program at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, our operations, or our business interests.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tripzen is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta phase, without warranties of any kind. Voyagr Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
